Spacious and nicely furnished part air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on three floors with stunning sea views! Outside the garden contains a bench - perfect for relaxing on in the sun. There is also a small terrace which is furnished with a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or drinks in the evening! |
| Moving into the villa, the sunny and air-conditioned lounge area contains 2 two seater sofas, coffee table, side table, lamps and pictures as well as a ceiling fan for extra coolness in the hot summer months. For your entertainment there is a Flat screen 20" TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) as well as a DVD player. There is also a CD/Radio player plus a good selection of CD’s, books cards and games for your enjoyment during your stay. In addition there is also a gas heater for winter lets. |
