Spacious and nicely furnished part air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on three floors with stunning sea views! Outside the garden contains a bench - perfect for relaxing on in the sun. There is also a small terrace which is furnished with a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or drinks in the evening!

Moving into the villa, the sunny and air-conditioned lounge area contains 2 two seater sofas, coffee table, side table, lamps and pictures as well as a ceiling fan for extra coolness in the hot summer months. For your entertainment there is a Flat screen 20" TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) as well as a DVD player. There is also a CD/Radio player plus a good selection of CD’s, books cards and games for your enjoyment during your stay. In addition there is also a gas heater for winter lets.

The dining area contains a dining table and 4 chairs plus a mirror, pictures, standard lamp and an additional two seater sofa.

Moving into the spacious kitchen, you will find everything you would need during your stay including oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine as well as an iron and ironing board. In the separate utility area there is also an airer. In addtion there is a breakfast table and 2 chairs.

On the ground floor is also a handy downstairs WC containing shower, basin, mirror and WC.

Moving upstairs via the marble staircase, the first floor contains the bedrooms. The first, the master, features twin beds, bedside cabinets, mirror, lamps and pictures as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort in the summer, plus a built in double wardrobe with hanging shelves. There are also blankets and a heater for winter lets. A hairdryer has also been provided for your use.

The master bedroom also has patio doors leading to a small balcony with views across the tennis courts, gardens and the Mediterranean.

In addition, the master bedroom has ensuite facilities of bath (with shower over), WC, basin, mirror and bidet.

Moving along the hallway is the second bedroom, also a twin, which contains bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and a mirror. Plus, for your comfort in the summer there is a ceiling fan and a heater for the winter plus blankets. There is also a free standing wardrobe with 2 drawers beneath plus hanging shelving.

The third bedroom contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and mirror plus a ceiling fan for your comfort and a built in double wardrobe with hanging shelves plus blankets and a heater.

The main bathroom is also on this floor and features bath (with shower over), WC, basin, mirror and bidet

Moving upstairs again to the stunning roof terrace which features 4 sunloungers (perfect for obtaining that Mediterranean tan!), 3 small tables, 4 chairs and a table plus 2 parasols. There is also a BBQ, which is perfect for dining al fresco as the roof terrace is also lit at night. The views from the terrace are superb, across to Alicante, the bay and the mountains.

Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball, tennis and football courts on the development as well as the lovely gardens!

This property is situated in a quiet location, across the road from the lovely pool and gardens and within easy walking distance of a selection of bars, shops and restaurants

Plus the beautiful beach is only a 3 minute drive away! A great family property!
