Very nicely furnished two bedroom, fully air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) first floor apartment with spacious roof terrace and overlooking the swimming pool and gardens - perfect for families! Furthermore the apartment is located inside a gated and traffic free community (therefore perfectly safe for young families!)
Outside there is a terrace area containing a table and 4 chairs which overlooks the pool and is perfect for breakfast! In addition you will have the benefit of private underground car parking.
Moving inside, the sunny air-conditioned lounge area contains plenty of seating including a 3 seater sofa (which is also a double sofa bed) and 2 chairs, coffee table, side table, lamp, pictures, plants and a ceiling fan.
For your entertainment there is a wall unit containing a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), as well as a DVD player, CD music system, books and a guest information file to help you make the most from your stay.
The dining area contains a dining table, 4 chairs, standard lamp and pictures and also has another ceiling fan.
Moving into the kitchen, there is all you would need for that perfect holiday including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle plus iron and ironing board. In addition there is filtered water system and a cool box for your use plus a separate utility area containing an additional sink and the washing machine.
A small hallway with a full length mirror leads to the shower room is also on this floor and contains a shower (with screen fitted), WC, basin and mirror.
The master bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, dressing table, mirror, pictures and a built in double wardrobe complete with 3 drawer chest. There is also a ceiling fan in addition to the air-conditioning ensuring a peaceful nights sleep even in the heat of the summer! And for winter lets there are additional blankets provided.
The second bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, ceiling fan and pictures as well as a built in double wardrobe with a 3 drawer chest inside.
The main bathroom contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet plus a marble topped vanity unit containing a basin and with a mirror and lights overhead. There is also an extractor fan and laundry basket provided.
Stairs lead to the roof terrace which has both sea and mountain views and contains 2 sun loungers and BBQ as well as a large parasol (+ a beach parasol). Here you will also find a lovely wrought iron pergola with a dining table and 4 chairs underneath. Lit at night, this lovely terrace also contains a shower for you to cool off after a hard day’s sunbathing!
The lovely pool and tropical gardens are opposite and have a separate children's section as well as a separate jacuzzi area!
All this, and with the beautiful beach just a short walk away, plus a good selection of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and tennis courts included in the price of your holiday, this really is a lovely holiday property!
