Moving inside the villa, the air-conditioned living area comprises of a dining area complete with a dining table, 6 chairs, pictures and pine wall unit. |
| The lounge area contains a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs, pictures, lamp, coffee table and rug and there is also a ceiling fan installed in addition to the air-conditioning for your comfort in the summer months. For your entertainment there is a TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) plus DVD, video, and CD/Radio/MP3 players as well as an excellent selection of CD’s and DVD’s plus boardgames for your use during your stay. |

The modern kitchen comprises of an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and coffee maker plus a good selection of utensils. There is also a separate utility area with iron, ironing board, airer plus the gas boiler for constant hot water! |
| On this floor is also a handy downstairs shower room/WC containing shower with shower screen, WC, extractor fan plus a basin with cupboard above with mirror and lights. For your safety handrails are fitted on all stairs throughout the property and for your comfort, mosquito screens are fitted to all windows. |

Stairs lead down from the ground floor to the basement bedroom and 'chill out area'. The chill out area contains a 3 seater sofa (which contains a single sofa bed), plus lamp, rug and sideboard. There is also the third bedroom here, which features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, chair, mirror and rug, plus a double wardrobe with 2 drawers below - perfect for teenagers! |
| Moving back upstairs to the ground floor, further stairs take you to the first floor which contains the air-conditioned master bedroom. This charming room also has a ceiling fan, double bed, 2 rugs, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, chest of 4 drawers, mirror plus a double built in wardrobe with shelving. |

A patio door leads from the master bedroom to a small balcony with views across to the nature reserve and mountains which contains a bistro table and 2 chairs - a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! |

"This property is located at the end of a street and so it's very very calm in spite of Gran Alacant's size. It's a very nice place, clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is very nice, very clean and there aren’t too much people. The beach is lovely. It was great indeed."
