Pretty 3 bedroom villa on three floors and with private parking. In addition, for your safety, handrails are fitted on all stairways.

Outside is a garden with flowering plants as well as a nice shady terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs - perfect for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening!

Moving inside, off of the hallway is the handy downstairs shower room/WC containing shower, WC, basin and mirror.

To the right of the hallway is the comfortable lounge area, complete with three 2 seater sofas, coffee table, pictures, lamps and side table, plus, for your entertainment there is a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) and a radio cassette player. In addition there is a selection of paperbacks and puzzles for your use during your stay. For your comfort in the winter there is also an electric radiator.

The spacious dining area contains a dining table and 6 chairs, mirror, pine wall unit and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The spacious kitchen contains all you would need on holiday - including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, microwave (with grill), kettle, toaster, cafetiere, fridge/freezer, and ceiling fan as well as plenty of utensils and cutlery. There is also a separate utility room housing an iron and ironing board as well as a gas boiler - ensuring constant hot water!

Moving upstairs to the first floor is the master bedroom, complete with double bed, bedside cabinets and lamps plus a built in wardrobe with hanging shelves. For your comfort there is also a ceiling fan as well as a mirror and shelf.

The master bedroom also has en suite facilities comprising of a bath (with shower over), bidet, WC, basin and mirror with lights overhead.

Along the corridor is the second bedroom, also a double, which contains bedside cabinets, lamps, mirror, and shelf plus double built in wardrobe with hanging shelves plus a ceiling fan for your comfort during the summer and an electric radiator for the winter.

Also on this floor is the third bedroom containing twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp plus a double wardrobe with 2 drawers underneath and an electric radiator and blankets for winter lets. For your comfort in the summer months, there is a ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath (with shower over), bidet, WC and basin plus a mirror with lights overhead.

Moving upstairs again to the lovely roof terrace, there is a table, 2 chairs, 2 sunloungers, a large parasol and 2 reclining chairs - perfect for sunbathing! Or, as it is lit at night, to just enjoy a few drinks on a warm summer’s evening!

The roof terrace also has views of Alicante Bay and the mountains!

With a lovely communal pool and gardens, this spacious accommodation makes for an ideal family holiday. Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development.

All this plus just a 3 minute drive to the beautiful beach!
