Stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) villa set in its own grounds and with private pool and private parking.

The outside terrace (which is lit at night) is nicely furnished with a 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs and a table - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening! For your comfort there are mosquito screens fitted to all doors and windows. As well as it being totally glazed in for warmth during winter lets!

Moving inside the villa, the air-conditioned lounge contains two sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), ceiling fan, pictures, coffee table, lamps and unit. For winter lets there is also a cosy log burner in the fireplace. For your entertainment, there is a TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD player plus a CD/MP3/Radio system and a good range of DVD's and CD's for your use during your stay. Also, for your security a safe is also provided in the property.

The open plan sunny dining area has a pine table and 6 chairs, matching wall unit and standard lamp.

The galley kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard including oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, dishwasher and washing machine as well as an excellent selection of crockery and utensils. There is also a door leading to the pool / garden area at the rear of the villa.

The master bedroom, which is also air-conditioned for your comfort, is also on this floor and contains a double bed, ceiling fan, pictures, bedside cabinets, lamp and linen basket. Leading from the master bedroom is the dressing area which contains a double built in wardrobe and 4 drawer chest. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use.

From the dressing area you move into the en suite bathroom which has a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin, mirror with lights overhead as well as a wall-mounted electric heater for winter lets.

The third bedroom is again on this floor and again is air-conditioned. Containing twin beds, ceiling fan, bedside cabinet, lamp, pictures and double built in wardrobe with hanging shelves inside, there is also an additional cupboard and this room overlooks the pool area.

The main shower room is also on the ground floor and features a shower, WC and basin plus mirror with lights overhead and a wall-mounted electric heater for winter lets.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the second bedroom, again air-conditioned, which contains twin beds, ceiling fan, pictures, bedside cabinet and lamp, plus two double built in wardrobes with hanging shelves.

The second bedroom also has en suite facilities comprising of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin, mirror with lights overhead as well as a wall-mounted electric heater for winter lets.

In addition, patio doors lead from the second bedroom to the lovely roof terrace (which is lit at night) and has great views across to Alicante, the mountains and the sea in the distance. For your enjoyment there is also a swing seat here to relax in!

Moving back downstairs and into the garden area, at the rear of the property is the beautiful 9 x 4 salt water swimming pool with roman steps leading into it. The pool is also lit at night.

In addition to the 6 sunloungers, two side tables and 2 reclining chairs, there are 3 parasols as well as a lovely brick built BBQ - essential for summer dining al fresco!

There is also a beautiful stone dining table set under a shady pergola - perfect for your evening meal!

The fantastic beach is less than 5 minutes drive away from the villa, so all in all, a lovely choice for a great holiday location!
