Beautifully furnished, luxury, part air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) cliff top holiday apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the prestigious Brisas Del Faro gated community, high on the cliffs on Gran Alacant overlooking the Mediterranean. For the younger travellers, a highchair and travel cot are included in the price!

This property is very well equipped, with the airconditioned lounge area featuring a 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs, rug, coffee table, pictures, shelves, ceiling fan and lamp.

The dining area features a ceiling fan, plus stylish table and chairs.

For your entertainment, there is also a large screen TV with surround sound a DVD player plus an excellent selection of DVD's and paperbacks for you to enjoy as well as a local information pack to help you get the best from your stay. Plus, there is also a Playstation2 complete with a selection of games! There are also radiators for winter lets.

This lovely property contains everything you would need for that special holiday and the views from the large sun terrace (accessed through the lounge), that enjoys the full sun all day round, are uninterrupted - both across the Mediterranean and that of the local paragliders. One of the best spots in Gran Alacant!

The terrace, which is also lit at night, is fully furnished with a hardwood extendable table and 6 chairs, parasols, 2 sunloungers and BBQ for al fresco dining!

Furthermore, the dining area is situated under a large wooden pergola for your shade in the summer, as well as tiled storage units - useful when preparing food! In addition there are 3 outside power points.

The modern kitchen has breakfast bar, oven, hob, extractor fan, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine as well as a good array of utensils. For your comfort, ceiling fans are also fitted in all rooms.

The master bedroom (which is en suite) has double bed, fitted wardrobes with drawers underneath, bedside cabinets and lamps. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use.

The master bedroom also has an en suite shower room with shower (with bi-fold door), WC and basin.

The second bedroom has also has a double bed and bedside cabinets, double wardrobes with drawers underneath plus lamps etc.

Whist the third bedroom features twin beds, plus a double mirrored wardrobes containing shelving as well.

The main bathroom features a jacuzzi bath as well as marble topped vanity units, WC, bidet and basin. It also has a wall-mounted heated towel rail.

This spacious apartment also benefits from 2 superb swimming pools on the complex, including children's area and is also within a short distance of shops, bars and restaurants.

We travelled to the water park which was well worth the trip. Take the vouchers from the airport as it is a massive saving for a family.
