Well equipped and sunny 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs apartment (with private roof terrace & sea views) in the popular Altomar 2 area of Gran Alacant. Situated at the top of a hill, overlooking the bay of Alicante with mountains in the background and a choice of three communal swimming pools, all set in landscaped gardens, this is an ideal venue for the perfect holiday!

Part airconditioned in summer (reversible as heating for the winter), this lovely property also has double glazing across the front balcony, allowing you to enjoy this extra room - even in the winter months! The air-conditioned lounge has a corner unit sofa, rug, pictures, coffee table, lamps and wall unit.
The sunny outdoor dining area features an extendable table and 6 chairs and is fully enclosed with double glazed windows which can be pulled back in the summer months for al fresco dining.
For your entertainment, there is a television with video and DVD player and Hi Fi. In addition there are boardgames and playing cards supplied.
The fully equipped kitchen contains oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board a\nd coffee machine as well as a very good selection of utensils and clothes airer. In addition there is a thoughtfully provided coolbox to take to the beach, plus beach toys for the kids!
The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, rugs, ceiling fan, lamps and full length mirror as well as a built in wardrobe containing a chest of drawers. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use as well as a safe for your valuables.
The shower room / WC is a useful addition when the apartment is fully occupied and contains shower cubicle, basin & WC.
The main bathroom for the property features bath (with shower and screen over), basin, extractor fan, WC and bidet.
The second bedroom features twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, plus built in double wardrobe with a 4 drawer chest of drawers. There is also a full length mirror and a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Furthermore this lovely terrace has great views of the sea and the mountains beyond.
A choice of three swimming pools are close by. The apartment is within easy walking distance of a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants, this is a great family holiday property!
The superb beach is just a short drive away.
