Stunning and beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) corner villa on 3 floors with great pool and sea views. Plus there is free WiFi access at the property!

Outside the garden is filled with Mediterranean plants and palms, and is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs - as well as a built in brick-built BBQ which is wonderful for eating and relaxing on those balmy summer nights!

The terrace at the front of the property is also furnished with a small table and 4 chairs.

The terrace is perfect for breakfast and is also fully lit in the evening.

Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge is very comfortably and stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs as well as coffee table and pictures. For your entertainment there is a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) and both video and DVD player as well as a CD/Hi Fi unit. There are also thoughtfully provided paperback books, DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment.

The sunny dining area contains a stylish dining table, 6 chairs plus mirror.

The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, cafetiere and kettle as well as a portable Hi Fi / Radio and plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a separate utility area from the kitchen which contains a hoover, iron and ironing board if needed!

On this floor is also a downstairs shower room containing shower, basin,WC, towel rail and wall-mounted electric radiator.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, you reach the first floor which houses the bedrooms and main bathroom. The air-conditioned master bedroom (which is en suite) contains a double bed, chest of 5 drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and built in double wardrobe. For your entertainment, there is also a TV & DVD in this bedroom. In addition, there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use.

In addition there are patio doors leading to a private balcony containing a patio table and 2 chairs which overlooks the pool and gardens as well as stunning views to Alicante Bay and the beach -fantastic for that evening drink!

The ensuite to the master bedroom contains a bath (with shower over), bidet, WC, basin and extractor fan as well as mirrors etc.

The air-conditioned second bedroom, features a double bed, wardrobe, chest of 5 drawers, lamps, bedside cabinets and a full length mirror. In addition, for your entertainment, there is a Hi Fi system.

The third bedroom, also air-conditioned, contains twin beds, full length mirror, built in double wardrobe, lamps and chest of drawers. This bedroom also has views over the pool and gardens. In addition to the reversible air-conditioning in all rooms, there are also heaters and duvets for winter lets. The owners have also thoughtfully provided a travel cot and highchair for smaller travellers.

The main bathroom is also on this floor and contains a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, basin, mirror plus a wall-mounted electric heater.

Moving upstairs again, the roof terrace (which is lit at night) has 4 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs, table and 4 chairs plus parasol - perfect for that Spanish tan! From here you have superb views to the pool and gardens, Alicante Bay, the beach as well as the mountains - the roof terrace is also lit at night! Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development.

There are a very good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a supermarket. In addition the stunning beach is only a short 3 minute drive away! What more could anyone want for their perfect summer holiday?!
