Outside the garden is filled with Mediterranean plants and palms, and is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs - as well as a built in brick-built BBQ which is wonderful for eating and relaxing on those balmy summer nights!

Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge is very comfortably and stylishly furnished with a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs as well as coffee table and pictures. For your entertainment there is a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) and both video and DVD player as well as a CD/Hi Fi unit. There are also thoughtfully provided paperback books, DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment.

The kitchen contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, cafetiere and kettle as well as a portable Hi Fi / Radio and plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. There is also a separate utility area from the kitchen which contains a hoover, iron and ironing board if needed! |

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, you reach the first floor which houses the bedrooms and main bathroom. The air-conditioned master bedroom (which is en suite) contains a double bed, chest of 5 drawers, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures and built in double wardrobe. For your entertainment, there is also a TV & DVD in this bedroom. In addition, there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use. |
In addition there are patio doors leading to a private balcony containing a patio table and 2 chairs which overlooks the pool and gardens as well as stunning views to Alicante Bay and the beach -fantastic for that evening drink!

The owners have also thoughtfully provided a travel cot and highchair for smaller travellers.

Moving upstairs again, the roof terrace (which is lit at night) has 4 sunloungers, 2 reclining chairs, table and 4 chairs plus parasol - perfect for that Spanish tan! From here you have superb views to the pool and gardens, Alicante Bay, the beach as well as the mountains - the roof terrace is also lit at night! Also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development.

There are a very good selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a supermarket. In addition the stunning beach is only a short 3 minute drive away! What more could anyone want for their perfect summer holiday?!
