Beautifully furnished 2 bed, 2 bathroomed fully air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) villa with its own private 8 x 4m pool set in a 400sqm plot with a walled garden for your privacy.

On entering the property, on the right is the smaller patio area, filled with Mediterranean flowering plants and containing a glass topped table, 4 chairs and a parasol - superb for breakfast!

Outside the villa is the lovely shady terrace, which is very nicely furnished with a 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs, small table and plants and is lit at night - making it perfect for drinks in the evening!

On entering the villa itself, the air-conditioned lounge area is very thoughtfully furnished and contains 2 sofas (one 3 seater, one 2 seater), coffee table, side table, lamps and pictures as well as a traditional Spanish fireplace.

For your entertainment there is a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD/MP3 player as well as a bookcase filled with paperbacks, a selection of CD's, DVD’s and board games as well as a separate Hi Fi/ CD system - you can never be bored!

The dining area features a dining table and 4 chairs as well as pictures, plants and a matching wall unit. As you can see, no expense has been spared in furnishing this property to the highest standard.

Moving through to the spacious and well fitted kitchen, you will find an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and coffee machine plus an excellent selection of utensils. There is also an iron, ironing board and airer.

From the kitchen, steps lead down to the very spacious patio area containing a large table, 6 chairs, parasol, palm trees and plants. This area (as with the entire garden) is lit at night for your enjoyment.

The air-conditioned master bedroom contains a king size bed, bedside cabinets and lamps as well as a 6 drawer pine chest, mirror, pictures, full length mirror and double built in wardrobe. There are also blankets for winter lets - in addition to the reversible air-conditioning / heating. For the smaller travellers a travel cot is included as is a hairdryer to save on your packing!

The master bedroom also benefits from ensuite facilities, containing bath (with shower over), shower screen, WC, bidet, basin plus a mirror with spotlights above.

Along a small passageway from the master bedroom is the second bedroom, also air-conditioned, containing twin beds, beside cabinets, lamp, pictures, mirror, 6 drawer pine chest plus 2 double built in wardrobes containing hanging shelves. There are also blankets for winter lets - in addition to the reversible air-conditioning / heating.

The main bathroom contains a shower, WC, and basin plus mirror with spotlights above.

Moving round to the pool area (which has its own separate shower), you will find the stunning 8 x 4m pool with Roman steps. In addition there are 4 more sunloungers, 2 small tables, a large brick built BBQ and a bench for relaxing in that great Spanish sun!

But that is not all! There is another patio at the rear of the villa containing another bench plus a table tennis table, flowers, shrubs and palm tree and is also lit at night!

The very spacious roof terrace contains 4 additional sunloungers, table and 6 chairs, 2 tables and a parasol. It also has lovely mountain views and also included in the price of your holiday are 4 mountain bikes, generously provided by the owners. Please note these are driven at your own risk!

On top of all this, the fantastic beach is less than a 3 minute drive away! Everything you would need for a fantastic holiday in the sun!

Recommend taking a boat from Santa Pola over to Tabarca Island! Don't miss out on the train ride from GA Centre all around the local shops, bars and beach - a great way to see what's in the area (and saves on the legs) - we didn't need to hire a car. Market is on the train route and stops right outside on a Thursday morning. And the icing on the cake was cloudless blue skies for ten days! (October 09). Thank you!"

The only thing we found a bit difficult was finding a taxi to take us out for a night out in Alicante, but we found a lot of the local British people that live in Gran Alacant were very helpful.
