Stylishly furnished, 3 bed, 3 bath villa which benefits from part air conditioning in summer (reversible as heating for the winter). It also has beautiful mountain and sea views as well as views of the stunning pool and gardens. Outside the garden is tiled and full of Mediterranean flowering plants.

The downstairs terrace is lit at night and is furnished with a patio table and 4 chairs - excellent for breakfast or a drink in the evening!

Moving inside, the air-conditioned lounge comprises of a comfortable corner unit sofa, matching pouffe, coffee table and lamps.

For your entertainment, there is a a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), DVD/CD/MP3, boardgames, selection of CD's, paperbacks, portable Hi Fi/CD player as well as a guest information file to help you make the most from your stay.

The dining area features a table and 6 chairs, mirror, pictures and unit.

The spacious kitchen contains cooker, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, fridge/freezer as well as a great selection of crockery and utensils.

On this floor is also a downstairs shower room containing shower, WC, basin and mirror.

Moving upstairs, the air-conditioned master bedroom has a double bed, double built in wardrobe with chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lamp, mirror, pictures and both a stand alone & ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer - to help save on your packing.

Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to a private balcony with stunning views of the pool and gardens.

The master bedroom also has en suite facilities containing bath (with shower over), bidet, WC, basin and mirror with lights over.

The second bedroom has both ceiling & stand-alone fans, twin beds, pictures, chest of 6 drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp.

The third bedroom also has twin beds with ceiling fan, pictures, bedside cabinet and lamp, stand-alone fan and built in double wardrobes with drawers inside. For those with younger travellers, there is also a travel cot thoughtfully provided for your use.

The main bathroom also has bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and basin with mirror and lights above.

The roof terrace has magnificent views over Alicante Bay and the mountains as well as the communal swimming pool and gardens and is furnished with 5 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a parasol for your enjoyment.

The superb pool and gardens are just across the road, and also included in the cost of your holiday are the basketball and football courts on the development.

Bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk from this lovely property and the beautiful beach is just a short drive (or bus ride) away. A fantastic family property!
