A stunning and beautifully furnished, part-air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) detached villa with large garden and its own private pool. For your comfort, mosquito blinds are fitted on all windows. For the younger travellers also provided are a highchair, travel cot (bedding not supplied), and stair gate.

The superb garden and pool area contain the 6x3 metre pool with Roman steps and is lit at night. And the lovely gardens are full of palms, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean flowering plants.

The large terrace, which is lit at night, contains a stylish coffee table, sofa and 2 chairs – perfect for a drink in the lovely balmy summer’s evenings!

Moving inside the villa itself, the stylishly furnished, air-conditioned lounge, features 2 sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), coffee table, rug, side table, lamps, pictures and mirror. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), and DVD as well as an excellent selection of DVD’s and paperback books for your use during your stay.

The sunny dining area, which leads from the lounge, contains a large dining table and 6 chairs, carved wood unit, lamps and pictures and, for your safety, a smoke detector is fitted.

The modern and spacious kitchen contains all you would expect in a villa of this standard including oven, ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, juicer, wok, coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a filtered water tap and iron and ironing board. There is also a door which leads to the garden and a gas boiler which ensures constant hot water as well as an excellent selection of utensils and crockery, including unbreakable glasses for the pool area.

The light and airy ground floor master bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains a stylish queen size double bed, bedside cabinets, full length mirror, rugs, pictures and lamps. There is also an electric oil filled radiator for winter lets. The dressing area, which leads from the bedroom to the ensuite, contains a shelf with mirror above, both single and double built in wardrobes containing chests of drawers. In addition there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing.

The ensuite to this bedroom features bath (with shower over), shower screen, WC, bidet, basin, bathroom unit and a mirror with lights overhead. There is also a wall mounted electric heater for winter lets.

Also on the ground floor is the third bedroom. Again, this is stylishly furnished with twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, pictures, full length mirror as well as a double built-in wardrobe. For your comfort there are two cooling fan towers plus an electric oil filled radiator for winter lets. This lovely bedroom also overlooks the pool and gardens.

The shower room containing a walk-in shower, WC, bathroom unit, basin with mirror and lights overhead is also on the ground floor. For winter lets there is also a wall mounted electric radiator.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, is the galleried landing with a door to the superb roof terrace. The second bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains queen size double bed, bedside cabinets, rugs, lamps, pictures and a full length mirror. In addition, there are two double built in wardrobes and an electric oil filled radiator for winter lets. The window to the rear of the bedroom overlooks the pool and garden area.

The en suite facilities for this bedroom comprise of a bath (with shower over), shower screen, WC, bathroom unit, bidet, basin and a mirror with lights overhead. Again, there is a wall mounted electric radiator for winter lets.

Patio doors lead from the master bedroom to the super roof terrace, with its views of Alicante and the mountains, and is furnished with a bistro table and 2 chairs as well as a smart circular table and 4 chairs and is lit at night.

Moving back to the pool and garden area, there are 6 sun loungers and 2 large parasols, plus an outside shower in the garden.

In addition there is a super pergola and BBQ area at the side of the villa with a table, 4 chairs, large gas BBQ and food preparation area so you can dine ‘al fresco’!

An excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away and the superb local beach is within a short drive! All in all this is a fantastic and stylish villa for your whole family and, with the pretty gardens and pool area, is a wonderful place for your family’s Spanish summer holiday!
