Charming two bedroomed, 2 bathroomed, part air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) ground floor apartment within easy walking distance to the beach! Outside is a large, shady patio/garden area, complete with ceiling fan, surrounded by trees and plants and with an extending patio table and 6 chairs and two sun loungers. There is also an electric BBQ provided - perfect for dining al fresco!

Inside, the large, airy lounge comes complete with a 3 seater sofa (which is also a double sofa bed), chair, coffee table, pictures, rug, lamps and side table. The lounge also contains a ceiling fan for your comfort. There is also an electric radiator for winter lets.

For your entertainment there is also a wall unit containing TV, DVD, video, CD/Cassette music system as well as a good selection of paperbacks, DVD's, videos and CD’s. Plus a very useful 'Guest Information File' to help you make the most from your stay! In addition there are two sets of golf clubs for guest's use. For the younger traveller, a travel cot is also included.

The dining area contains a dining table a 4 chairs as well as a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Leading from the lounge is the American kitchen containing oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board as well as a coffee machine. In addition, there are plenty of utensils and crockery. There is also a separate utility room off of the kitchen that houses the washing machine, hoover and airer.

The shower room contains shower, WC, basin and mirror with recessed halogen lights.

The nicely furnished master bedroom, which is air-conditioned for your comfort, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures as well as a built in double wardrobe with built in chest of drawers. There is also a thoughtfully provided hairdryer for your use as well as a safe for your valuables during your stay.

The second bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, contains twin beds, bedside cabinets, lamps and double built in wardrobe with chest of drawers built in. There are also heaters and duvets for winter lets.

The main bathroom contains bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and a vanity unit with marble surround and overhead lights.

The patio/garden area is perfect for either breakfast or relaxing on a balmy summer evening as the terrace is also lit at night!

The lovely pool (which has a separate jacuzzi) and tropical gardens are just behind the property and, as guests, you also have the use of the basketball courts, children’s playground, football pitch and tennis courts - 2 tennis racquets and balls have been thoughtfully provided for your use by the owners

In addition this lovely holiday property is only a short walk to the beautiful beach as well as bars and restaurants. What more you could ask for?!
