A stylish and sunny 2 bedroom part air-conditioned detached villa with large private pool set in beautiful mature Mediterranean gardens with palm trees, hibiscus and bougainvillea as well as statues! For your comfort there are mosquito screens fitted to all windows and for your safety there is a first aid kit provided as well. In addition, the villa is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access (additional charge applies). |
| Outside the garden is cleverly divided into 3 areas. The first is the outside eating area, complete with a large dining table and 4 chairs and parasol. Beautifully surrounded by the mature plants � a perfect place for dining al fresco! There is also a BBQ area complete with power supply for the electric grill pan provided. |

The second section is one of the two sunbathing areas. A large parasol is available for shade and 2 sun loungers provide a perfect setting for sunbathing whilst reading a good book! There is also a further table and 4 chairs provided. |
| The third section of the garden features the large 10 x 5m freeform pool. Complete with Roman steps at the shallow end and an outdoor shower, this is a super feature of this lovely villa. The pool is also lit at night. |

Moving towards the villa, the outside terrace contains another large table and 4 chairs as well as a fridge for keeping the beers cold and close to hand! In addition, for your comfort, there is a ceiling fan and the terrace is also lit at night. Inside, the sunny and stylish lounge area, which is air-conditioned, contains ample seating of two 3 seater sofas, one 2 seater sofa as well as an electronic massage chair! There is also a coffee table, pictures, lamps and a mirror. For your entertainment, there is a large flat screen TV (with some English language Satellite channels), DVD and a large music system. |

Moving into the kitchen, it contains all you would expect in a property of this standard, including filtered tap water, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, sandwich toaster, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing bard, hoover, juicer and slicer as well as an excellent selection of crockery and utensils. There is also a back door which leads to the garden and pool area. |
| The master bedroom is also on this floor, is air-conditioned, and has a double bed (electronically adjustable for your comfort!), bedside cabinets, lamps, pictures, mirror and 5 drawer chest. In addition, there is a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing. The dressing area of the master bedroom contains both double and single built in wardrobes. |

The en suite facilities contain a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and basin with a mirror and lights overhead. In addition, for winter lets, there is an electric wall-mounted radiator. |
| The second bedroom features twin beds, ceiling fan for your comfort, 5 drawer chest, mirror, pictures, bedside cabinet and lamp as well as a double built in wardrobe and an electric heater for winter lets. In addition to the ceiling fan, there is also a standalone fan. For the younger travellers, there is also provided a travel cot (bedding not supplied), car seat, highchair and a baby monitor so you can eat in the garden safe in the knowledge your child can be heard! |

| Outside is another seating area, which is lit at night and contains a bistro style table and 4 chairs. Plus an outside shower, enclosed by stone, a really fantastic idea to be able to shower in privacy in the outdoors! |

In addition there is a large private roof terrace, accessed by external stairs, which contains a further 3 sun loungers, parasol and large pergola, a fantastic area in which to relax and soak up the sun! |
