Very stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom part air-conditioned first floor apartment on two floors, situated within a gated community with no through traffic (therefore very safe for young families) and with a large private roof terrace and within walking distance to the beach! There is also a private underground parking space available to guests.

Outside, the private balcony features a table and 4 chairs, perfect for either breakfast or, as it is lit at night, a quiet drink in the evening!

Moving inside the apartment through patio doors is the lounge area. Stylishly furnished as well as being air-conditioned, it contains a leather corner sofa, swivel chair and stool, coffee table, lamps, mirror and pictures.

For your entertainment, there is a large contemporary wall unit complete with TV (with some English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish TDT channels), and a DVD player.

The dining area contains a smart dining table and 6 chairs, a wall unit plus a lamp.

The modern galley kitchen features an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine as well as a good selection of crockery and utensils. Also in the kitchen are a breakfast bar, stools and a microwave, plus a door leading to the utility room which houses a separate sink, washing machine and grill.

The bright and airy master bedroom contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, side lamps, chest of drawers, shelving and a full length mirror plus double built in wardrobes containing another chest of drawers.

The second bedroom is a twin and features twin beds (one a pull out), lamp, shelving, floor standing fan, mirrors and a double built in wardrobe with fitted drawers inside.

The shower room contains a shower, WC, basin and mirrors. In addition, for winter lets, there is a wall mounted electric heater.

The main bathroom contains a bath (with shower over), WC and bidet plus a basin in a marble topped vanity unit with mirror and lights above. Again, there is also a wall mounted electric fire for winter lets.

From the lounge area, internal marble stairs lead to the superb private roof terrace for the property.

This fantastic area for outdoor living contains a table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol and a BBQ. In addition after a hard day's sunbathing there is an outside shower to cool off in! From the roof there are views of both the mountains and the sea.

The super pool (which has a separate jacuzzi) and tropical gardens area are lovingly maintained and the pool features a separate childrenï¿½s section. And, as guests, you also have the use of the basketball courts, childrenï¿½s playground, football pitch and tennis courts.

A fine selection of bars and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away and the superb local beach is within a short walk in the opposite direction ï¿½ an excellent place for your familyï¿½s holiday in the sun!
