Very nice, south facing and fully air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) detached villa, with entry phone system on a 500 sqm plot and with private swimming pool! The garden has private parking for 2 cars and, for your comfort, mosquito screens have been fitted throughout the villa. |

Inside the villa, the air-conditioned lounge area is tastefully furnished and contains 2 leather sofas (one 3 seater and one 2 seater), coffee table, mirror, pictures and lamps. For winter lets there is a feature effect electric fire, and for your comfort in the summer, there is a ceiling fan in addition to the air-conditioning. For your entertainment, there is Satellite TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels) as well as a good selection of DVD's for your use during your stay. |

Moving through into the modern kitchen, you will find all you need for your holiday including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and hoover. There is also a thoughtfully provided coolbox for your use during your stay and an excellent selection of crockery and utensils. |
The master bedroom is also on this floor and benefits from air-conditioning. Furnished with double bed, ceiling fan, beside cabinets, lamps, full length mirror and a large chest of drawers, it also contains a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing!

The dressing area leads from the master bedroom and contains a large chest of drawers, both a double and a single built in wardrobes. This bedroom also features en suite facilities of a bath (with shower over), shower screen, WC, bidet and a basin with mirror and lights overhead. |

"We had an excellent holiday in Gran Alacant and I didn’t want to come home!!! The accommodation was beautiful and was better than the photos looked on your website! (and that is not a criticism!!) The accommodation was beautifully cleaned! We had a problem with the pool filter not quite working on about day 8 of our holiday, we just noticed that the pool wasn’t as crystal clear as it had been and the jets weren’t blowing! I phoned the keyholder and he was with us in literally 5 minutes! He worked on the pool even driving to Santa Pola to pick up firstly a new pump then another part and it was fixed within a couple of hours - as it was sooooo hot we definitely needed the pool and we couldn’t have been more grateful to him!! What a star and what a good advert he is of customer service for your company!!!! From start to finish of booking the holiday to returning home yesterday and you have already posted out our security deposit - I found your company excellent!!!!! We will definitely be booking again!!!! Thank you so much for a lovely time!!!!!"
