Nicely furnished two bedroom villa set in a quiet square of around 50 houses and overlooking the pool (perfect for families!)and garden area. It has a large patio area to the front, furnished with patio table and 2 chairs, as well as a roof terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the pool.

For your comfort, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms and the lounge is comfortably furnished with corner sofa, coffee table, lamps and wall units. There is also heating for the winter months.

For your entertainment there is a television (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), a DVD/CD/MP3 player plus a selection of paperback books.

The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of pots and pans as well as a oven, extractor fan, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, toaster, kettle plus an outdoor utility area with iron and ironing board. |
The hallway contains entrance to the handy downstairs shower room, which contains basin, WC and shower.

Moving upstairs, on the first floor there is the master bedroom featuring a pine double bed and matching bedside cabinets, lamps, built in wardrobe with hanging drawers, rugs, ceiling fan plus a large pine chest with 5 drawers. In addition there are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony overlooking the lovely pool and gardens! There are also plenty of blankets and duvets for winter lets.

A small passage contains a 6 drawer pine chest of drawers, plus a built in double wardrobe for extra storage space. The second bedroom also features twin pine beds, built in wardrobes with hanging drawers, ceiling fan, lamps and a mirror.

The family bathroom is tastefully finished with chrome fittings and contains bath (with shower over), WC, bidet, mirror and basin.

From the landing, stairs take you to the furnished roof terrace which catches the sun all day round and has beautiful views over the pool, gardens and mountains and is lit at night. It contains 2 sunloungers, 2 chairs, patio table and clothes airer as well as a thoughtful mini fridge to keep the beers cool!

This lovely property is within easy walking distance to a good selection of bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the lovely beach. A great family holiday property! |
