An exceptionally beautiful and well furnished fully air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter) detached villa on a 637 sq metre plot with its own private swimming pool and beautiful gardens! For your safety there are handrails fitted, and, for your comfort, mosquito blinds on all windows. And, for younger travellers, there is a travel cot, with mattress, included in the price! In addition, there is a safe fitted in the villa for your valuables during your stay as well as free WiFi Access!

The space of the grounds of this villa really has to be seen to be believed! There is plenty of space for 6 people both inside and outside and is therefore ideal for families!

Outside the fantastic view from the terrace, which is lit at night, is across to the 10 x 5 pool and sunbathing area! The terrace is furnished with a large dining table which seats up to 8 people with 8 chairs. In addition, this terrace is glassed in, making it ideal for winter lets!

Moving inside the property, the comfortable lounge, which is air-conditioned, features a two seater leather sofa, a 2 seater sofa, rocking chair, coffee table, nest of tables, lamps, pictures and a mirror. Furnished as a home from home, it has everything you would need including, for your enjoyment, TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), portable CD/Radio player, a good selection of books & CD's and a useful Guest Information File to help you make the most of your stay.

The dining area, which leads from the lounge, contains a dining table and 4 chairs, carved wood sideboard, mirror, lamps, pictures and an additional chair.

The modern and spacious kitchen contains all you would expect in a villa of this standard including oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, filtered water, washing machine and dishwasher, plus an iron and ironing board. There is also a door which leads to the garden.

On this floor is also a shower room containing walk-in shower, WC and basin with mirror and lights overhead.

The light and airy master bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, mirror, pictures and lamps. The dressing area which leads from the bedroom contains a double built in wardrobe containing chests of drawers. In addition there is a large ceiling fan for your comfort as well as a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing.

The master bedroom also features en suite facilities of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and a basin set in a vanity unit and a mirror with lights overhead.

On this floor is also the third bedroom. Also air-conditioned and complete with twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, as well as a double built-in wardrobe containing a chest of drawers.

Moving upstairs, via the marble staircase, you will find bedroom two. Again air-conditioned, this lovely room contains a double bed, beside cabinets, and lamps plus a double built in wardrobe. Again, for your comfort there is a large ceiling fan. There are also patio doors from the bedroom which lead to the large roof terrace which has views across to the pool as well as the mountains and the Bay of Alicante.

The second bedroom also features en suite facilities of a bath (with shower over), WC, bidet and a basin set in a vanity unit and a mirror with lights overhead.

Moving back down to the superb garden and pool area, the 10x5 metre pool is lit at night and also features a shower. The huge garden area, which contains orange and lemon trees, is furnished with 6 sunloungers and 3 large parasols, perfect for gaining that Mediterranean tan, as well as some lilos for your enjoyment!

Also, in addition, there are two smaller tables. All in all this is a fantastic and spacious villa for the whole family and, with the enormous gardens and pool area, is a wonderful place for your familys Spanish summer holiday!

Plus, the garden is lit at night and contains a BBQ plus table and 6 chairs, plus a lovely pergola with mosquito nets, great for dining al fresco!

Futhermore, a super selection of shops, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away and the superb local beach is within a short drive!
