This bright and sunny 3 bedroomed townhouse on 4 floors is nicely positioned on a corner plot in central Gran Alacant is part air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter). Moving inside the villa, the air-conditioned lounge area comes complete with a 3 seater sofa and chair, pictures, mirror, rug and ceiling fan. For your entertainment there is TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), as well as a DVD player plus a CD player. In addition there is a good selection of paperback books for your use during your stay. |

Moving upstairs, the master bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, rugs and lamps plus 2 built in double wardrobes. In addition, there is a door to a small balcony with views across to Alicante and a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing! |

Easy to get to the Maxicoop Supermarket with buses and tram makes it easy to get around to markets, bowls club, pool, Centro and more night life in the square. Able to see football with a meal and a drink and a lovely beach too. The views from the sunroof are stunning. You watch the planes, light show and firework show's most evening with a BBQ - GREAT. The service from yourself and John (the keyholder) was first class!"
