This bright and sunny 3 bedroomed townhouse on 4 floors is nicely positioned on a corner plot in central Gran Alacant is part air-conditioned (reversible as heating for the winter). Outside the garden is furnished with a table, 4 chairs and a BBQ as well as flowering Mediterranean plants - ideal for eating al fresco!

The two separate sitting areas for both sun and shade are linked by a pergola supporting flowering plants.

Moving inside the villa, the air-conditioned lounge area comes complete with a 3 seater sofa and chair, pictures, mirror, rug and ceiling fan. For your entertainment there is TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), as well as a DVD player plus a CD player. In addition there is a good selection of paperback books for your use during your stay.

The sunny dining area comes complete with an extendable dining table and 4 chairs, mirror and matching wall unit. Plus there are 4 folding chairs for your use.

Moving into the kitchen, you will find an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, cafetiere, kettle and toaster plus an iron, ironing board and a good selection of utensils. There is also a tap containing filtered water.

On this floor is also a handy downstairs shower room, featuring WC, shower cubicle and basin.

Moving upstairs, the master bedroom, again air-conditioned, contains a double bed, bedside cabinets, rugs and lamps plus 2 built in double wardrobes. In addition, there is a door to a small balcony with views across to Alicante and a thoughtfully provided hairdryer to save on your packing!

Also on this floor is the second bedroom. Inside you will find double bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and a built in double wardrobe. In addition, for your comfort there is a ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is also on this floor and contains bath (with shower over), basin, bidet and WC plus a bathroom cabinet with mirror above the basin.

More stairs lead to the lovely sun terrace with panoramic views over the mountains and sea! Lit at night, it is furnished with 2 sunbeds, parasol and a table and 2 chairs. There is also a pullout airer supplied. A great place to relax and top up that tan!

Moving back downstairs, further stairs lead from the lounge area to the third bedroom in the basement. This sunny area contains twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp, pictures plus 2 stools and a wardrobe. For your comfort there is also a ceiling fan and a mirror in this bedroom.

The lovely pool and gardens are around 100m away - great for families!

In addition, the beautiful sand duned beach is just a short drive away - everything you would need for a perfect holiday!
